不愉快的书局经历

刚才午餐后还有余裕,就和同事一起绕到了Ampang Point里那间P字开头的连锁书局,我看见有本摄影杂志,想翻阅看看。基于该杂志用塑胶袋包了起来,于是我询问了刚好经过的书局职员可否打开看看后,再请他们收银台的职员帮我打开。

在 我翻阅了两三分钟后,有一位应该是比较资深(按年龄推算的话)的职员却走过来说:"这些杂志不能打开" 我回答说我询问过了,才请他们的职员打开的, 这位女士一副不相信的样子,求证她身边的另一位职员(不是我问的那位)。后来又一直在那里说"这些不能打开的啦,很多人看了就不买了,90%的都不会买, 只有10%会买" 过后就一直站在我身边盯着我。我告诉她我要先看看有没有关于我那个型号的相机的资料才决定买不买,她就一直说"你买了它啦,都不是很贵" 。我的同事这时就叫我不如走吧。在我匆匆翻完该杂志,交还给她时,她还一脸大便问说“不适合吗?”

真的是@$# %^^%^$#%#%$#^$% 就算我本来打算要买也不想买了!打开了包装就被逼要买下的感觉真差!(何况我已经先询问过了)本小姐每年花费在该连锁书局的钱没1000也有800,而且 Leisure Mall 和 Jusco Cheras Selatan 的书局职员都没这样差的态度!建议他们不如直接打印字条,写明<一经打开作售出论>再贴在包装上来得干脆!!

一直到现在我心里还是超不爽。刚才应该直接就告诉她她的态度有问题,而不是默默离开。这是不是典型的马来西亚华人啊?遇到事情总是会觉得多一事不如少一事,息事宁人,然后就自己憋在心里不爽?

I used to shop at P too in Penang and there are few outlets here. I have even joined as member to get the 10% on the price. Do you remember that staff's name? For me, in this case, I will asked for the supervisor and complain on the spot. You still can do so now if you want to. I also asked them to open the plastic to see the contents b4 I buy. Once I shopped at Takashimaya in Spore and the staff attitude is so rude. I went to the customer service counter and lodged a complain & they promised to look into the matter.

去KLCC kinokuniya买书吧,虽然贵一点,但心灵上的舒服是无价的

Angeline: Recently busy on my career and i have no time to return to that book store.. so, forget to complain ady..haha
